Company Overview: 

Arcadia Touring limited is a brand new sub-company for the Arcadia Spectacular Group. Arcadia Spectacular is an innovative company that repurposes pre-used military hardware into immersive art installations. With a strong focus on art, people, repurposing, and technology, we appeal to a diverse audience who value creativity, regenerative culture, and the bass of the dancefloor. Our team is lean but dynamic, consisting of 4 senior full-time professionals and up to 30 long-term freelancers who help deliver our world-renowned shows. 

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a proven Commercial Director or an ambitious Commercial Manager ready to lead the touring arm of our company. This role is perfect for a deal-driven individual with experience selling live events or working with globally recognised promotions companies 

Working closely with our co-founders, Bertie Cole (Technical Director) and Pip Rush (Creative Director), you'll bridge the gap between technical and creative leadership to drive our business forward. Your primary goal will be to maximise the global utilisation of our sculptures/stages, with a strong focus on the USA. A secondary goal will be to establish at least one new revenue stream. 

In addition to strong commercial skills, experience in brand growth would be a significant advantage, as we seek a leader who can also guide our brand in each territory that Arcadia has a JV partner. 

Key Responsibilities: 

●  Develop and execute commercial strategies 

●  Identify and close commercial deals, 

●  Leveraging existing opportunities and pursuing new ones. 

●  Optimise fixed assets to maximize profitability. 

●  Create and implement at least one new revenue stream per year 

●  Negotiate and Build JV partnerships on multiple continents 

●  Collaborate with the CTO and CCO/CEO to make strategic decisions that drive the
company’s success.

Skills & Qualifications: 

●  A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics is ideal 

●  A Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA) is a strong plus 

●  5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
roles. 

●  Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial
performance is ideal. 

●  Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record in closing deals and building partnerships,
especially in hospitality, venues, or related industries. 

●  Experience within a live events is highly desirable, especially having worked at
globally recognised business in their commercial teams 

●  Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing commercial operations.

Performance Metrics: 

●  Successful closure of commercial deals and partnerships. 

●  EBITDA growth

Work Environment: 

●  Primarily remote work with scheduled sync weeks in Bristol. 

●  Flexibility required for potential travel and in-person meetings as needed.
