SCULPTED STAGES
Arcadia’s range of recycled stages create unique immersive environments for crowds of up to 50,000. Hosting Arcadia’s theatrical shows alongside the world’s finest DJ’s and musicians, all are immersive, some fire biofuel flames and others pull you out of the crowd with their claws.
THE SPIDER
The Arcadia Spider is a monumental work of art. The 50 tone installation is built from recycled military hardware and can operate in all weathers.
As a testament to its sustainable design and materials, it is built to last.
The Spider is fully rigged with a vast array of effects from moveable limbs firing C02, to heavyweight pyrotechnics, to piercing lasers to cutting edge lighting.
THE AFTERBURNER
The Afterburner is a 360 degree dance arena featuring a DJ booth constructed from a jet engine and radiating dance platforms for the surrounding audience. Fully rigged with lights, fire and an incredible ambisonic sound-system and fitting in just one shipping container, it has toured the worlds best festivals from Glastonbury to Ultra & Burning man.
THE BUG
Rolling in on 6 wheels of self contained sculpture, The Bug is a mobile, amphibious dance stage.
Its curved shell of submarine moulds bristles with a stealth light show, and the wings unfold to reveal a small but fully rigged stage.
PANGEA
The first in a series of bespoke productions for the Glastonbury festival. The hemispherical stage is built from 150 tonnes of recycled steel and will evolve over five years into a show in the sky. 2019 saw headline sets from Carl Cox, Ani Mac and Fatboy Slim.
THE REACTOR
A groundbreaking geometric matrix where cutting edge technology, high octane performance and slamming basslines collide, the Reactor is a 360 degree, fully immersive dancefloor experience.
